Booking

A reservation is confirmed when booking is completed on our booking page and we send you a confirmation email. Enquiries alone do not hold dates.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 10:00. Self check-in; instructions are sent before arrival.

Maximum guests

HIKAWA HOUSE 101: up to 10 guests. HIKAWA HOUSE 201: up to 8 guests. Both: up to 18 guests.

Cancellation

• Cancel up to 5 days before check-in — full refund
• Cancel within 5 days of check-in — the first night is non-refundable; 50% of the remaining nights is refunded
• After check-in — unused nights are not refunded
• Stays of 28 nights or more — a separate long-stay policy applies and is shown at booking

Identification

Foreign guests without an address in Japan must present a passport at check-in, as required by the Inn Business Act.

Liability

Guests are liable for damage to property or fixtures caused by negligence beyond reasonable wear.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Jurisdiction: Tokyo District Court.

ご予約は、当サイトの予約画面でのお手続き完了と、当方からの確認メールの送付をもって確定します。お問い合わせのみでは日程は確保されません。

チェックイン・チェックアウト

チェックイン 16:00以降／チェックアウト 10:00まで。セルフチェックインのご案内は到着前にお送りします。

最大宿泊人数

HIKAWA HOUSE 101：最大10名。HIKAWA HOUSE 201：最大8名。両階：最大18名。

キャンセル

• チェックイン5日前までのキャンセル — 全額返金
• チェックイン5日前を切ってからのキャンセル — 1泊目は返金不可、2泊目以降の宿泊料金の50%を返金
• チェックイン後 — 未宿泊分の返金はありません
• 28泊以上のご滞在 — 長期滞在向けの規定が適用されます（ご予約時に予約画面でご案内）

本人確認

日本国内に住所を有しない外国人のお客さまは、旅館業法に基づきチェックイン時に旅券をご提示いただきます。

賠償責任

通常使用を超える過失による施設・備品の破損については、お客さまにご負担いただきます。

準拠法

本約款は日本国法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
