About Booking予約について
Please read before booking.ご予約の前にご確認ください。
How to bookご予約方法
Book online on the booking page of this site, 24 hours a day. Each floor is booked as its own home: 101 (up to 10 guests) and 201 (up to 8 guests). To take both floors, book 101 and 201 for the same dates.
当サイトの予約画面から24時間ご予約いただけます。お部屋は階ごとの予約です：101（最大10名）、201（最大8名）。両階をご利用の場合は、101と201を同じ日程でご予約ください。
Rates料金
Rates vary by date, season and number of guests. The booking page shows the total price, including the cleaning fee, before you pay. Tokyo accommodation tax, where applicable, is charged separately.
料金は宿泊日・シーズン・人数によって変わります。予約画面で、清掃料を含む合計金額をお支払い前に表示します。東京都宿泊税が課税される場合は別途お支払いいただきます。
Paymentお支払い
Credit card, charged when the booking is confirmed. Payment on arrival is not available.
クレジットカードで、予約確定時にお支払いいただきます。現地でのお支払いはお受けしていません。
Check-in & check-outチェックイン・チェックアウト
- Check-in from 16:00 · Check-out by 10:00チェックイン 16:00以降／チェックアウト 10:00まで
- Self check-in with a keypad lock. Your code and directions are emailed before arrival.暗証番号式のセルフチェックインです。暗証番号と道順は到着前にメールでお送りします。
Guest register & ID宿泊者名簿・本人確認
Under Japan's Inn Business Act we record each guest's name, address and contact details. Guests of foreign nationality without an address in Japan must also provide their nationality and passport number and show their passport. We will send you a pre-check-in form before arrival.
旅館業法に基づき、宿泊者全員のお名前・住所・連絡先を記録します。日本に住所のない外国籍のお客さまは、国籍・旅券番号のご記入と旅券のご提示が必要です。到着前に事前チェックインのご案内をお送りします。
Cancellation policyキャンセルポリシー
- Cancel up to 5 days before check-in — full refund
- Cancel within 5 days of check-in — the first night is non-refundable; 50% of the remaining nights is refunded
- After check-in — unused nights are not refunded
- Stays of 28 nights or more — a separate long-stay policy applies and is shown at booking
- チェックイン5日前までのキャンセル — 全額返金
- チェックイン5日前を切ってからのキャンセル — 1泊目は返金不可、2泊目以降の宿泊料金の50%を返金
- チェックイン後 — 未宿泊分の返金はありません
- 28泊以上のご滞在 — 長期滞在向けの規定が適用されます（ご予約時に予約画面でご案内）
Changesご予約の変更
Date or guest-number changes depend on availability. Please email us; any price difference will be adjusted.
日程・人数の変更は、空室状況により承ります。メールでご連絡ください。料金に差額がある場合は調整します。
House rulesハウスルール
- No smoking anywhere in the rooms or the building (a ¥50,000 cleaning fee applies if smoking is found)室内・建物内は全面禁煙（喫煙が確認された場合は特別清掃費50,000円）
- No parties or events · Quiet hours 21:00–07:00パーティー・イベントは禁止。21:00〜翌7:00は静かにお過ごしください
- No pets · Guests may not exceed the booked numberペット不可。予約人数を超えてのご宿泊はできません
- No elevator (201 is up one flight of stairs) · No parking on the propertyエレベーターなし（201は階段のみ）・敷地内に駐車場なし
