What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, contact details and the information needed for your stay; payments are processed by our payment provider. We also keep the guest register required by Japan's Inn Business Act (including nationality and passport details for foreign guests).
What we never do
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use cookies for advertising.
- We do not share your information beyond what is required by Japanese law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request".
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used. Cookies and similar technologies send browsing information — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region — to Google LLC. This does not include your name or contact details. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Your language preference is stored in your browser.

取得する情報
ご予約の際に、お名前・連絡先などご滞在に必要な情報を取得します（お支払いは決済代行会社を通じて処理）。また旅館業法に基づき、宿泊者名簿（外国人のお客さまは国籍・旅券番号を含む）を記録します。
行わないこと
- 第三者への個人情報の販売は行いません。
- 広告目的での Cookie 利用は行いません。
- 日本国の法律で求められる範囲を超えた情報共有は行いません。
